The iAnalyze: Computer Vision in Item Analysis Report application developed using Android Studio and OpenCV and the iAnalyze system was developed in Visual Studio 2015. The android application and system aims to help the teachers and students to lessen the time consuming process in conducting periodic assessment and item analysis report. It also improves the manual analyzing and evaluating of periodic assessment by having an electronic way of conducting an item analysis report. The android application have a sign up and login, the user can import the student name and LRN, can add subject, and section. The user can import the answer and capture the LRN and bubble sheet of the student and generate the item analysis report. The application can generate an item analysis report that consist of upper group and lower group, item number, highest score, lowest score, sum of scores, mean, and mps. The study consist a system that can be used by the teacher and head teacher. The system have administrator to access all the information in the system, the admin can consolidate question, consolidate item analysis, view log, add user, and manage the account. The system is used by the teacher to import the periodic assessment and show
